Remorseful Remedies

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and what to do with a damaged or wrong order.

I want you to actually like what you bought. If something's wrong with it, I'll fix it. Here's how returns work — including the part where custom, made-just-for-you pieces play by slightly different rules, because I can't exactly re-sell a coaster with your face on it.

Standard returns

For non-custom items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item needs to come back unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is provided unless the item is being returned due to a change of mind (see below). Returns are processed after they arrive and will be refunded as store credit. Refunds in the original form of payment are made on a case-by-case basis and are exceptions to policy.

Custom & personalized orders

Custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you, so they work a little differently:

  • Approval photo: custom orders can include a pre-shipping photo for your okay. Once you approve it, the order is considered accepted.
  • Exchanges, not cash refunds: custom orders aren't eligible for a cash refund. If something's off, I'll work with you on a corrected version.
  • What qualifies for a fix: colors that printed noticeably darker or lighter than expected, cropping that didn't translate, or other production issues that were reasonably outside your control.
  • What doesn't: swapping in a different photo, switching to a different design, or a change of heart after approval.

Heads up: my Etsy shop runs a different, Etsy-required return policy because Etsy doesn't allow this kind of customization. The policy on this page applies to orders placed here, on wickedwicksandmore.com.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email me before the order has been fulfilled and I'll cancel it for a full refund. This applies as long as production hasn't started, no longer than 24hrs after order submission. Cancellations after production has started or after 24hrs fall under the returns section above

Damaged or wrong orders

If your order shows up damaged, or it's not what you ordered, I've got you. Send a photo of the issue (for shipping damage, include photos of the entire product and the inner/outer packaging) as soon as you can and don't discard anything until we've sorted it. The photo process for shipping damage is detailed in Demonic Dispatches; once it's documented, I'll arrange a replacement or refund.
