The rules of the shop. Read these before you buy.

Age requirement (18+)

This store sells products with adult themes, explicit humor, and content meant for grown-ups. By browsing or buying, you confirm you are 18 or older — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater. If you're under 18, you're not permitted to use this store.

Custom orders & photos

If you submit a photo for a custom order, you confirm that:

• You own the photo, or have permission from everyone in it and any copyright holder to use it for a custom product.
• Anyone depicted in nude, sexual, or adult content is 18 or older and has fully consented to appear that way.
• You are not submitting anything illegal or non-consensual.

What's not allowed, ever: sexual or nude imagery of anyone under 18 in any context; non-consensual intimate images of anyone; images depicting real abuse, assault, or violence; and hateful content (racist, sexist, homophobic, or similar). I make the call on hateful content, and orders that break these rules are cancelled immediately.

I do not accept sexual or nude imagery of anyone under 18, or material involving child sexual exploitation. Suspected illegal content may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC, as required or permitted by applicable law. Ordinary, non-sexual family photographs are not prohibited solely because they include a child.

Products & humor

Wicked Wicks and More makes no apologies for its sense of humor. Products lean dark, adult, sarcastic, and queer-positive. By buying, you confirm you've read the product description and know what you're getting.

That said — I'm human. If you genuinely think a product crosses a line into cruel rather than funny, I want to hear it: hello@wickedwicksandmore.com. Every message gets read and taken seriously. I'm not here to punch down. But I'm not liable for offense taken by other people who happen to see something you bought — you chose it.

Wholesale & resale

Products are offered for personal use and gifting. Wholesale and resale are available only under separately agreed written terms. For a gift-shop order, event, or bulk quote, email markets@wickedwicksandmore.com.

Accuracy of listings

I do my best to represent every product accurately — colors, dimensions, materials. Small variations happen because things are handmade and because screens render color differently. Minor handmade variations consistent with the description are expected; material differences and defects remain covered. How genuine defects are handled is in REMORSEFUL REMEDIES (Refund Policy).

IP, liability & disclaimers

Original shop designs and brand assets are protected by intellectual-property law; third-party rights remain with their owners. Buying a product does not grant permission to reproduce protected artwork. Full intellectual-property terms, warranty terms, product-safety notices, and liability limits live in CURSED COVENANT (Legal Notice).

Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest version, and changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
