Demonic Dispatches
When your order ships, how it travels, and what happens if it doesn't.
Last Updated 02 June 2026
Every order is made and packed by one person, then shipped from Washington, DC. Here's exactly what to expect between "order placed" and "it's at your door."

Production time
Everything is made to order. Current production time is 3–5 business days before your order ships. Custom orders depend on you, too — if I'm waiting on a photo, a proof approval, or a reply, that time gets added on. Add extra lead time around the December holidays.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you're ordering and where it's going. US orders of $40 or more ship free. Under that, rates (and any flat rates) show at checkout before you pay. Wall art ships under its own rate because of its size; that also shows at checkout.
Carriers & transit
I ship via USPS and UPS, and every order goes out with tracking. Transit time is on top of production time and depends on the carrier and your location — I can't control how fast they move once it leaves my hands.
International
Where international shipping is offered, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Those aren't included in shipping and are outside my control, and I'm not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, message me with a photo of the damage and the packaging as soon as you can and I'll make it right: orders@wickedwicksandmore.com. Please don't throw out the packaging until we've sorted it. The more photos, the better — they're what let me resolve it fast. How replacements and refunds work from there is in Remorseful Remedies.
