When does my order get here?
Every order ships from my apartment-slash-studio in Washington, DC.
- Production: Made to order — current turnaround is on the Demonic Dispatches (Shipping) page, the single source of truth so it’s always right. I usually finish on the shorter end.
- Shipping: USPS for small orders, UPS for larger ones, with tracking on every package.
- Free US shipping over a small threshold — shown at checkout.
- Worldwide shipping available — international customers cover any customs/duties/VAT.
If anything shows up damaged, just send me photos of the item and the packaging — that’s all I need for “the man.” No paperwork. Replacement ships same or next business day.
I’m not sure, can I return it if I don’t like it?
You will. There’s no question. If you’re insane and don’t — or there’s any issue with your order — returns for exchange or store credit are fee-free.
- Changed your mind: Free exchange or store credit. You cover return shipping.
- Something arrived wrong or defective: I cover everything. Prepaid return label, replacement or full store credit, your call.
- Custom and personalized orders: Not returnable for change-of-mind. But if it’s damaged, defective, has an error, or doesn’t match what you ordered — covered, same as anything else.
Store credit doesn’t expire. No cash refunds. Full terms (and the return window) on the Remorseful Remedies (Returns) page.
How do I get in touch?
Although I am reluctant to engage in human contact, I make an exception for my customers. You’ve got three options:
- Instagram DM — @wickedwicksandmore. Usually answered within 2 hours.
- Email — hello@wickedwicksandmore.com. Same speed most days. 24–48 hours max.
- This chat — sends through to my Shopify Inbox. I read everything.
If you don’t hear back within 48 hours, something went sideways. DM Instagram and I’ll find it.
What if I want to design my own stuff?
So you think you’re better than me?? Fine. I will happily take on custom requests, to the extent possible with constraints I can’t help (materials, production process).
- Products with built-in customization (design color, text, etc.) have those fields right on the product page.
- Custom from scratch — a design I haven’t made yet, a specific bar that’s not on the DC Bars list, an inside joke for someone you love — message me first. Instagram DM or email. Tell me what you’re picturing.

So how big is this stuff anyway?
Standard coasters and tiles:
- Squares: 4 × 4 inches
- Circles: 4-inch diameter
- Thickness: roughly ¼ inch
Wall art uses the same-sized tiles, and dimensions are listed on individual product pages. Most pieces are 8 × 12 inches, but variety is the spice of life. I also use hexagonal tiles for some pieces — those are 4.25″ at the widest point and 3.5″ tall.
Can I send them through the dishwasher or for some insane reason microwave them?
Double no. The coasters can handle the heat and water, but the cork backing — the thing that keeps your tables scratch-free and stops drinks from sliding around like they’re all lubed up for MAL — cannot.
Just wipe them down if they get dirty. They can handle up to (and definitely beyond, but the lawyers make me say only up to) 400°F. Any hotter for long periods of time and you’ll have a loose cork flap on your hands.
What if I want some bulk merch, like wholesale? (or hole-sale??)

I’m a small, single-man (and I’m single, man *wink*) operation, but I can knock out batches pretty quickly once a design is created. Drag brunch, pride party, bridal/groom shower, bar reorder, gift-shop wholesale — all welcome.
- Bulk discounts at 12+ pieces.
- Steeper discounts at 25+ pieces for the bigger orders.

What is sublimation printing, and why don’t you do domination printing as well?
Sub printing uses a heat-sensitive ink. It can be printed through a modified inkjet onto specialty paper, drawn with markers, or painted onto anything with a poly coating.
The ink gets heated to 350–400°F and turns into a gas that slips through the poly coating, cools, and solidifies again — beneath a protective gloss layer. That makes scratching it pretty damn hard and fading damn near impossible.
It’s the same technique commercial mug printers use. The difference is everything I make is pressed one piece at a time, by hand.

Where you at? Can I pickup my stuff myself?
I’m based in Northwest DC, in Bloomingdale.
Pickup is free with an appointment — can’t have randos showing up at all hours. If you want to skip the shipping and go local, just choose pickup at checkout and schedule a time with me.
I can usually turn around a pickup order within 24 hours with notice. For a small fee (because I’m a busy guy), I can sometimes do same day if you tell me early enough and it’s a reasonably sized order.
Do you deliver?
Yep — to local DC addresses within 2 miles of Bloomingdale.
Depending on how fast you want it and the size of the order, there may be a small fee, but I can usually make it happen. Same as pickup: with enough notice and a smaller/medium order, next-day turnaround is typical and same-day is possible if the stars align.
How do I get the $4 off 4 coasters deal?
It’s automatic, babygirl.
When you add 4 coasters to your cart, $4 comes off your total at checkout. It only works in groups of 4 — so order 8 coasters, save $8. Order 6, still $4 off. Order 12, save $12. Any coasters at all qualify.
Can I get this in France? Japan? Kenya?
Yup, yup, yup. I assume.
I’ll send it anywhere that accepts US mail and where the products aren’t illegal (at these prices, they should be — but they’re not). You cover all import fees, taxes, tariffs, VATs, and postage; I’ll send it your way.
International orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days depending on country, with full tracking once they leave the US.
Can I get gift wrapping or notes?
My products are a gift in and of themselves, but why not make it extra special.
I do minimal gift options. Add a note in the order notes field at checkout, and I’ll make sure the presentation is gift-quality — including no price-divulging receipts. Any extra fee depends on the request (and my mood).
Are you actually a gay?

Can I return sale items?
I have no idea why you’d want to return anything, but if you want to make a mistake — in general, yes, you can return sale items just like anything else.
